Co-signer rights

I have co-signed a loan, I have declared bankruptcy..if the person I cosigned for defaults on this loan, am I still responsible ?

No, you are not. Check and make sure that the debt appeared on your list fo creditors when you filed bankruptcy – if it didn’t contact your trustee and ask them to add it to the list and send the creditor a copy of your bankruptcy documents.
