		<description>A couple of things...  if you file for bankruptcy your trustee will not be interested in the motorcylce as long as the lender registered a proper lien on it.  Depending on who the lender is though, they may not allow you to keep the bike if you file for bankruptcy.  You&#039;ll need to check with a trustee in your area to see what the lenders do where you live.</description>
