Hi There,
New to this site and just wondered about creditors claims. My husband is declaring bankruptcy and has both credit card debts as well as personal loans. How long do creditors have to make a claim to the trustee once he files for bankruptcy?
Also, is there any point in time that creditors can oppose discharge?
Thanks for your help with this, in advance!!
