My husband and I have already bin in bankruptcy,we have done our 9 months,then because of a few months of making more they decided to make us pay another 10 months,it went up for discharge and the judge needed my cpp tax return and proof of my deposits for cpp,with out sending it to the judge my bankruptcy people sent me a notice saying because he made more for a few months,the want 5,560.00 mor at 500.00 a month,I am beside myself and deppressed about this,should I ask it be brought up in front of the judge again,or contact my federal representative to see if I can.I dont know what to do.
