I'm at the end of my first 6 months of bankruptcy & may possibly receive back payments for child support from my ex soon. The Family Support Order Services folks have caught up with him & he may be paying me between $4000-$6000 in back child support and court ordered fees (dating back to 2010 to current). I'm assuming in a lump sum payment. Will I be able to keep any of it or will it all go to my bankruptcy?
