I am self-employed and signed a lease for 10 years. Under the lease, I pay $4000 monthly. However, I sublet half to another business so I receive $2000 p/month from the sublet (my actual expense then is $2000).
In bankruptcy, will the $2000 I receive monthly under the sublet be considered income?
