Should I declare Bankruptcy?

I am looking for a bit of advice.. Over the past few years I've lost both of my parents, and all of my grandparents, and have ended up with about $7000 in CC debt. I lost my job and was unemployed (not on EI) for just under a year. I found a job again, but got laid off in June due to cutbacks. I have been trying to find a job that will support me, but anything I can find just does not cover my monthly expenses. I've had to sell some of my things in order to pay my rent. I haven't made a credit card payment (2 credit cards) or paid my internet bill since June, or my gym membership. I've been forced to pay my cell phone bill, because they keep cutting off my service, and I need a phone in order to get a job. The only thing that I have been able to pay is my car payment and my car insurance. I still owe about $18000 on my car.. I just don't see how I can keep paying these bills.
5 years ago, I had amazing credit, and bought a brand new car- I had a great job, and everything was going perfect. Then, my dad died of a heart attack, and my mom was diagnosed with cancer. She couldn't work and I had to support us both. I started racking up CC debt, and had to take on another job to pay everything (but still was making payments late and barely making it by). Then my mom passed away, and a week later my employer let me go. They put "dismissed" on my ROE so I was unable to get EI. I somehow made it through almost a year being unemployed, and then I found a great job. But.. After a while the company started to go down hill and I lost my job. I've been unemployed for a while, and not paying my bills.. I have no idea what to do.. I'm only 23 years old and I can't bear the thought of bankruptcy but I don't know what else to do!
