The name on the Credit Card is my previous name .
I owe $29.000
for the last 22 years, i just not changed my name with the card isuer.
Now if I claim Bankruptcy do i have to make the claim under the same name
i have the Credit Card?
or present name? .
I'am 75 years of age Penssioner with a minimum Penssion income.
And top of all this I'am faceing oppen Hart surgery in the next 2 weeks.
Please anyone know what to do in this situation?.
