Have been one month discharged. Applied for unsecured CC and was approved for 500 limit Grin

will this help raise my credit score. My report shows a score of 549 which states is poor. This was before I received the CC. Looking to apply for car loan in the near future. Will this CC help me obtain a better interest rate Grin

It was a tough nine months and so happy this is behind us now.

That's great, Happy Camper. Congratulations on completing your bankruptcy.

I am sure everyone has the same question: what credit card did you get, and from what financial institution?

If you always pay on time, this credit card will boost your credit rating. I'm not sure how this will affect a car loan, but it can't hurt. Be careful not to get into significant debt again - life is more fun without it.
