 Huh Hello everyone,

Just rec'd my credit report from Trans Union ( In French ) yikes. I reside in Quebec.
Trying to understand the way its set up is slightly confusing. I need some help to verify that all my debts have been erased.
Qst?.
On the report, the items that i had declared BK, indicate R9 next to the amounts + a Zero on all 4. Some of the R9's still have an amount showing with no Zero, however indicating R9.
My qst. is , are my debts erased?, even though they indicate R9 next to them. Im trying to make sense of how to read the report properly. Last thing i need is to have any recurring debts that are not erased.

Any help or feedback to clarify this , would be much appreciated. I may even call them to verify 100%. Now just waiting for Equifax.

Thanks again everyone,

ML

Hello Kyoku,

R9 and a "0" means that the loan was included in a bankruptcy and it was paid off.  Normally, your credit bureau would also indicate who the bankruptcy trustee was.  If all 4 lines are R9 and 0, congratulations - all debts were included.  Keep it clean !

Sorry I missed the other question - please refer again to your bankruptcy documents on what was included.  It could be that Trans Union has not updated your records.  Match the accounts listed in the bankruptcy records vs your credit bureau report and see if they are all included (it should).  If not you can always call them for clarification.  Hope this helps.  Smiley
