Hi, I recently finished my bankruptcy. I am separated' and had to claim because my husband had maxed a credit card. With being separated 1 -2 years but still not devorced because of finantial situation {can"t afford it right now, but hope to in the near future. My question is, With each of us claiming, now that were done can I be responsible any for any  bills he will make from here on in? If I don"t sign any thing with him am  I in the clear?
    Thank You

Hi, Ask your trustee or call Legal Aid for an answer, I use to see notices posted that one party is no long responsible for the others debts after a stated date ,but I do not profess knowing how legal that is. Good Luck

You know people unemployed and heat the wealthier people than the poor. It's incredible!
