		<description>You need to contact the national student loan centre and ask them what your &quot;end of study date&quot; is.  Your student loans may only be dischargeable in bankruptcy if it has been at least 7 years since your end of study date.

By taking new classes and loans in the last 7 years you have probably re-set your end of study date to the end of your most recent course.  The date applies to all of your loans - the government does not differentiate between old and new student loans.  You only have one end of study date and it applies to all student debt.</description>
