		<description>To answer this I would have to review the agreement and terms of the actual defferal agreement. Although from the sounds of it is could very easily be a collection agent who simply hasn&#039;t been properly informed.

The first thing I would do is provide the collection agent with copies of your bankruptcy and discharge documentation, as well as information that verifies the student loan was fully paid for.  This may simply make this collector go away.  If this isn&#039;t successful you may then need to have this defferal agreement&#039;s terms and conditions reviewed by a trustee or potentially an insolvency lawyer to determine if you need to make any payments.</description>
