after forgiving my now ex husband for bankruptcy in our divorce cmhc has contacted me for a final settlement on the debt he left me after filling now what happens to my credit is it disolved

The forclosure should already have impacted your credit negatively and what happens from here depends on whether you are able to make acceptable payment arrangements with CMHC and whether or not you are able to keep up on those arrangements.
