If a person is in financial trouble and creditors are making calls to get their money, but this person has not yet filed for bankruptcy, is this person still able to travel abroad. I`m on the verge of filing bankruptcy .. I rec`d a WONDERFUL letter in the mail today from the CRA. Stating that they are going to garnish my bank account. HOWEVER, my bank account is a joint account, with my husband, @ TD bank. Can they garnish a joint account? Posted from: New Brunswick
