how do i start a claim of bankruptcy? i have no credit rating and it is old debts and student loans where do i start?

The first thing you must to do to begin the process is sit down with an local trustee. The trustee will review what you owe, who you owe it to, your current employment situation and any other aspects of your situation that are important. From there the trustee will advise you as to how to continue with the process, but it usually will include the filling out of an application form, signing of legal documents, attending credit counseling sessions etc..
