Therefore, once the <a HREF="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/consumerProposals.htm" rel="nofollow">consumer proposal</A> is annulled, the creditors are able to once again garnish wages. Of course they have to follow the normal process (i.e. sue, obtain judgement, apply for garnishment order etc.). If a consumer proposal is annulled this reinstates not only the debts but all of the normal collection powers of the creditors.
