I just started pmt on a consumer proposal. I filed alone thinking that all unsecured debt were in my name. Now 3 vomapnies are after my wife for more than $50,000. Can she filed separately on the same loan that I filed?

If I have two properties, both with mortgages that I can pay, plus an additional debt that I have trouble paying in full month to month, is the second property that I don`t live on included in the consumer proposal, even though I can make that payment?

Does a Consumer proposal effect anything else besides your credit, how long are you at an R9 and R7( 3 yrs, 9 yrs) and how and when can we start rebuilding our credit. Also, Post Consumer proposal, Purchasing a home, is that out of the question for years?
