Hello,
I am just wondering what is considered a reasonable payment for a consumer proposal. I owe about 70000 in unsedured debts.
if you can give me an estimate how much my payment would be for 5 years and 4 years proposal.

Once your consumer proposal has been accepted and you are in repayment mode, can you go out and borrow money?

If a consumer proposal was annulled but the information submitted to the court was incorrect (identified months of missed payments), can the trustee return to court and withdraw the submission and and continue with the proposal.

I have about 50000 in insecure debt and thinking of filing for Consumer proposal. But I am confuse about my employment future…Dose it effect employment in public sector….and after how i will be able to get any cridit card.

I am going to have a licensed trustee file a consumer proposal. In order to do so, they said they need a$100 deposit from me and the same from my wife for registation. Is this legit and, if so, does it go towards my proposal or does the trustee just pocket this for their time.
