If a consumer proposal is not accepted - can it be resubmitted should you find a way to increase it slightly?

We are 2 months into a consumer proposal and now have some company shares with my husband`s employer that we can cash. The only brokerage we can use is a bank that is one of our creditors, can we use them to cash the shares or would they be able to take the money?
