how long after you have made all the payments in a proposal before you can get credit again. I want to purchase a house.

I am currently in a consumer proposal (DIV I type) that will last another several years. I`m self-employed and have a sole proprietorship. My client is requesting that I get incorporated. Is it possible to for me to incorporate while under this proposal? I do not have any employees.
