For individuals that have filed bankruptcy one two or more occasions, they will no longer be eligible for an automatic discharge. Which means that their discharge will be at the decision of the bankruptcy courts as opposed to a predetermined timeline like a first or second-time bankrupt could expect. In your case it would be a good idea to talk to a trustee locally as they’ll be able to give you an idea of what the courts in your area may be deciding for individuals in your scenario or even talk about some alternatives to bankruptcy.
