Have you heard the old song, "looking for love in all the wrong places..." Well, you are looking for an answer in the wrong place - you need to speak to someone in the HR department at your bank. If your financial well-being is a condition of employment (ie you need an R1 rating to keep your job) and you are considering bankruptcy then I suspect you may already have less than an R1 and so your job is at risk....

Go and speak to your employer - they are the only ones that answer your questions about your position.
