		<description>Certainly - I beleive the secured card cmpnaies will not issue you a card until you are 3 months or more into your bankruptcy (their policy, not a law).  You may obtain a prepaid card whenever you like as they are not actually extending any credit (it&#039;s your money you asre spending).</description>
