Maybe you'll want to buy a house or finance a car, you might be applying for a job that will involve a credit search. The longer you leave it undone the more expensive it will be to eventually wrap things up. It doesn't sound like it is having a negative impact on you right now, but if you wait until you do have a problem you'll have no one to blame, but yourself...
