i didnt complete my bankruptcy back in 2000,its 2009 and i have no debts in the credit places,i have a vise and an overdraft on my account.everything looks fine.the trustee says i must complete my bankruptcy though.why?im fine now.

Read through some of the other postings on this subject - sooner or later (and in your case it appears it will be later) you are going to need the bankrutpcy cleared. Maybe you’ll want to buy a house or finance a car, you might be applying for a job that will involve a credit search. The longer you leave it undone the more expensive it will be to eventually wrap things up.
It doesn’t sound like it is having a negative impact on you right now, but if you wait until you do have a problem you’ll have no one to blame, but yourself…
