If we are talking income and expense statments then you have to submit these for 9 months, but if the court sees fit they can extend it as far a they like.

If we are talking the applicaiton form, you should discuss that directy with the trustee you are going to use. However, most trustee’s don’t require many statemnts to be attached, simply because your creditors will likely be submitting thos for the trustee to review.
