		<description>It would be highly unusual that your trustee would have filed an annulment as this is very difficult to do and can only be done in very specific circumstances.   It is more likely that your trustee arranged for a trustee discharge.  Meaning that he is no longer responsible for the file, you are in bankruptcy without a trustee and with out legal protection from the courts. 

If this is the case you need to contact your trustee and see what will be necessary to revive your file.</description>
