If my wife has money in a seperate bank account of which I have no access to, what will happen to it if I file for bankruptcy

If your spouse is not filing for bankruptcy and that money hasn[t been deposited into that account from funds that relate to you or your employment, tax refund etc. then it shouldn’t be an issue.

However, the moment you deposit monies in that account to protect it against loss in a bankruptcy you will have committed a bankrupty offence that could have an impact on whether or not you are eligible to be discharged from bankruptcy.
