Oustanding debt is not related to the ability to exit and enter Canada. You have no need to worry about difficulties at the airport, however if you try to apply for or use credit then you could run into some troubles (but only troubles as far as it relates to credit, you don’t have to worry about being arrested or anything like that you simply will have a hard time finding any form of credit).
