What if you can not afford the amount that still may be owed after the bank has sold the property and the bank has filed with CMHC for an insurance payout? Does CMHC base the money owed according to your income, assets, etc instead of having to pay the whole amount? Posted from: British Columbia
I`m trying to get my debt down and heard something about if you use your RRSP`s to pay off your debt, you can`t go bankrupt too. Is this true? I really don`t want to go bankrupt and am trying to do everything I can to avoid it. Suggestions?? Posted from: Ontario
