bankrupt ex spouse who went sine die
Ex spouse went sine die and the trustee has not released themselves from the file. It has been Dec 2011. What is the trustee waiting for, and according the Maintenance Enforcement they cannot collect on arrears because of the situation of still bankrupt. What do you suggest?

If the trustee will not provide you with an explanation for the delay you may want to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and have them look into the matter for you.
