I was discharged in aug 2007. I diclosed that I may get an inheritance in the future as my Mother had passed away several months earlier. now couple year later this may be the case..the trustee was awhere of this and my discharge was absolute..what do I do if I see this inheritance…its not enough [...]

I am curious….if the person died prior to the beneficiary filing bankruptcy, and the inheritance is not received until after this person is discharged from bankruptcy, do they get to keep their inheritance? Posted from: Ontario
