So, when receiving phone calls after the filing of a <a HREF="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/whatIsBankruptcy.htm" rel="nofollow">bankruptcy</A> what you need to do is to answer the phone and say the following: 1. You are currently in <a HREF="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/whatIsBankruptcy.htm" rel="nofollow">bankruptcy</A>; 2. Your <a HREF="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/bankruptcy-trustee.htm" rel="nofollow">trustee</A> has sent all the proper notification; 3. There is a Stay of Proceedings in place that prevents you from being able to discuss things with this creditors; and 4. Provide them with the name and contact information of your <a HREF="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/bankruptcy-trustee.htm" rel="nofollow">trustee</A>.
