I have been discharged from my bankruptcy for just over a year now. While looking over my credit report I noticed that the date reported from some of the creditors was from August 09. I`m wondering since I was discharged already why are the creditors still reporting on my file? Posted from: British Columbia
I understand under the new legislation an rrsp will be exempt from seizure. Would a childs RESP (registered in parents name with child as beneficiary) be seized as a result of the parents filing for bankruptcy? Posted from: Ontario
