		<description>As long as you have been discharged and you mother didn&#039;t pass away until after you were discharged then you shouldn&#039;t have any real problem.  But you need to discuss this with your trustee.  If you were aware that this was happening prior to being discharged you had a legal responsibility to disclose this to your trustee and the best way to confirm whether or not you will retain this money is to discuss it with your trustee.</description>
