i have my discharge papers but having a real hard time to get hold of equifax to have them on my file how do i do this

Unfortunately, it takes as long as it takes – Equifax is an independent business and they don’t exactly make it easy for individuals to get through to them…
I can tell you that what you are really trying to do is check to see that Equifax has reported your discharge properly. When your trustee issued your discharge they should have sent a copy to the government – the government notifies the credit bureau.
Keep trying to get through, but don’t worry if it takes a while.
